For an employer's employee records, the employer ordinarily decides why and how those records are used. BrimHR processes them to provide the service under the customer's instructions and agreement. DELAXNET LTD makes its own decisions about the personal information it uses for its website, account administration and direct enquiries.
Information and purposes
The public pages do not ask visitors to submit employee records. A visitor may choose to contact us through an address supplied on the demo page. If an address is configured, we use the information sent to answer that enquiry. The signed-in service uses account identity and access details to authenticate users and provide permitted HR functions. Customers determine which employee information they enter into BrimHR.
Legal basis, sharing and retention
The appropriate lawful basis for each activity, the service-provider list, any international transfers, and the retention periods are under review. These details must be published before this notice is relied on. We do not state that every customer uses the same lawful basis for its employee records; customers determine and explain their own processing.
Your choices and rights
